Field guides
Digital product terms & refunds.
About these terms
These terms apply to the digital field guides (“guides”) sold by TravelFrame Vietnam through this website. By buying a guide you agree to them.
What you get
A personal-use licence to download and read the PDF guide you purchased on your own devices. The guide is delivered by a private download link sent to the email address you gave at checkout, normally within minutes of PayPal confirming your payment.
Personal use only
You may not share, resell, upload or publish the guide or your download link. Your link is private to you.
Download links
Each link stays valid for a limited time and allows a limited number of downloads. You can always request a fresh link for any paid order from the “Resend my guide” page, using the email address you bought with.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars (USD). TravelFrame never sees or stores your card details.
Refunds
Because a guide is delivered immediately, we generally do not refund once the file has been downloaded. We will gladly fix or refund if the file is damaged or will not open and we cannot fix it, if you were charged twice for the same guide, or if the guide is materially different from its description — please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Privacy
We collect your email address (required) and, optionally, your name and country to deliver your guide, support you and keep a record of the sale. Payment details stay with PayPal. We do not sell your data, and we use your email only for this order and to reply to you unless you separately ask for news.
