How do I book a tour?
Tap "Book a tour", fill in your details, choose a package and destinations, then confirm. We'll reach out and send a confirmation email.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. To reschedule, contact us by phone or email.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your spot; the rest is paid before or at the meeting point. We support bank transfer and cash.
I have allergies or eat vegetarian — is that ok?
Yes. When booking, note allergies or your diet (vegetarian, gluten-free…) and we'll adjust the menu.
Can I choose the spice level?
Yes — from no spice to mild, medium or hot. Pick when booking.
Are photos included in the price?
Yes, depending on your package. Your guide doubles as photographer; photos are sent after the tour — higher packages include color grading and short video.
Can I request specific photo spots?
Yes. Note the spots you want when booking and your guide will route through them.
Where is the meeting point?
Our office at 12 Hang Buom, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi — or we pick you up from your hotel in the centre.
What if it rains?
Tours still run. Your guide adjusts the route to covered or indoor spots.
Can children join?
Yes. Tours suit all ages; younger children often get a discount or go free depending on the package.
